Letby’s trial at Manchester Crown Court was the subject of a reporting ban until the jury had returned all of its verdicts on the seven counts of murder and 15 counts of attempted murder she faced.
That retrial is listed for June 2024 in Manchester Crown Court and is expected to last three weeks.
The ringleader of the conspiracy, Abdul Rehman, 29, fled the country before he faced justice, Manchester Crown Court heard.
The victims’ families said in a joint statement read outside Manchester Crown Court in northern England said: “Justice has been served.”
